With a click of a button you can transform your outdoor living space into a screen room or a hurricane rated storage room. SuperMax Hurricane Screen stops glaring sunlight, bugs, wind, and minimizes driving rain so that you can utilize this space. It also creates a thermal barrier allowing you use your outdoor living space during cold spells.

SuperMax Hurricane Screen is designed for every day use. While Florida’s  environment of high humidity and ultraviolet exposure degrades our competitors products into dust, SuperMax strength is not diminished. Our screen and thread were designed for this specifically for these harsh environments.

SuperMax was designed for high usage. SuperMax added a wear bar to isolate the screen from the rubbing and friction from the screens going up and down.  Our competitors screens are directly exposed resulting in early failure.

SuperMax Hurricane Screen is one of the strongest impact shutters available. Lab tested at impact speeds of  54 MPH It has the highest [ASTM level E] rated essential use storm shelter rating. It absorbs 3x the energy compared to Miami / Dade or Florida Building Code [ASTM level D] requirements. This impact level surpasses 99% of all products available including metal. SuperMax can take more than 100+ impacts without damage.

SuperMax is rated for category 5 hurricane winds at 186 MPH at 17.5 ft width.

Sizes

Custom Hurricane Products makes SuperMax Hurricane Screen shutters for large openings, very large openings. With custom extruded reels and bottom bars at 32 feet long we can manufacture screens to accommodate most large lanais.We have special engineering that allows us to build up to 384″ wide.
Our multi-stepped reel systems allows us to reach heights of 165″ + without any operational issues.
